I do not take any type of insurance. You may have out-of-network benefits and I’m happy to provide you a superbill to submit to your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly give a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid a full fee charge.
Good Faith Estimate
Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the “No Surprises Act” which requires practitioners to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” for uninsured and self-pay (choosing not to submit to insurance) clients or upon request. I work from a place of transparency regarding the cost of therapy sessions and will collaborate together on length of treatment and overall care. www.cms.gov/nosurprises
